Strings of snowflakes blew in the breeze. Jonathon bent to discover a spiderweb matrix. The stringers were metaphors, but beyond that observation, he did not go.

We were predicted to get one inch, but I’m counting four and the fall is getting heavier. It is a good morning! There’s nothing to do but put a log on the fire and write. Aloha. R.

Lovely snowflakes, beautiful descriptions in ‘The Snow Child’ which I just read and a drawing I could almost imagine.
